For grown-ups
The quiet part, in plain words
What we collect, what we never collect, and what you control. Everything here is for you, not for your child.
- Nothing is sold to your childNo advertising, no advertising trackers, no in-game purchases, and no basket anywhere a child can reach. Buying happens in the grown-ups’ area, behind a check that it is really you.
- Nobody can contact your childNo chat, no comments, no public profiles, no leaderboards, no uploads. There is no way in and no way out — including from the games, which run sealed off from the internet entirely.
- You hold the keysYou own the family account. Children get profiles, never logins, and never an email address of their own. We store an age band rather than a birthday, and a nickname rather than a name.
- Built to fit your childSpoken instructions, calm mode, reduced motion, high contrast, larger controls, a high-legibility font and no-timer play. Set once, applied everywhere, including inside the games.
- Time that ends kindlyDaily allowances and break reminders that wind down rather than cutting off mid-activity. A child is always allowed to finish what they are doing.
- Honest about what is not doneRhymeRoot Play is being built in stages, and we would rather show you an empty shelf than a fake one. Nothing here is a sample, a placeholder product or an invented review.
